T-101Communications — VoIP
VoIP
Business phone that follows your staff, not your desks.
A phone system should not care where anyone is sitting. Ours puts the business line on the desk, the laptop, and the phone in someone's pocket, with the same extension and the same transfer behaviour on all three. It integrates with Microsoft Teams and with over 250 CRMs, so a call arrives with the customer record already on screen.
AWhat the install covers
- Number porting handled without downtime on cutover day
- Hosted PBX with call routing, IVR, recording, and voicemail-to-email
- Microsoft Teams connector so Teams becomes the phone
- Desktop and mobile softphones for staff who are not at a desk
- CRM integration with screen-pop on inbound calls
- Call centre and fax where the workflow needs it
O&MAfter handover
What we keep doing once it works.
Included in a management agreement. Without one, this is the part that quietly stops happening the day the installer drives away.
How managed service works →- Extension, routing, and hunt group changes on request
- Call quality monitoring across the network path
- New-starter and leaver provisioning
QCommon questions
VoIP, asked and answered.
- What is VoIP and how does it differ from a traditional phone line?
- VoIP carries calls over your internet connection instead of a dedicated phone line. Practically, it means the number follows the person rather than the desk, and adding an extension is a configuration change rather than an engineer visit.
- Will we lose our existing phone numbers?
- No. Numbers are ported across, and the cutover is scheduled so calls keep arriving throughout. Porting is the part that needs planning, and it is where rushed migrations go wrong.
- Does it work with Microsoft Teams?
- Yes. A Teams connector turns Teams into the phone system, so calls, chat, and meetings share one interface and one directory.
- What happens to phones if the internet goes down?
- Calls can be set to fail over automatically to mobiles or another site, so the line keeps being answered. That behaviour is configured up front rather than discovered during an outage.
- Can it connect to our CRM?
- Yes — over 250 CRM integrations are supported, so an inbound call can present the customer record before anyone picks up.

Every job starts with someone walking the building.
A site survey costs you nothing and produces a real drawing — device counts, cable paths, and a fixed number. Not a brochure.
