T-000Communications & security integration

Communications and security
stopped being separate trades.

Your door readers are endpoints. Your cameras are computers with lenses. Anyone probing your building already treats the network and the front door as one target — so we design, secure, and manage them as one system.

T-001One discipline

We are not a one-stop shop.

A one-stop shop takes any job that comes through the door. We do one thing, at three layers: we build how your business communicates, we protect what moves across it, and we secure the space it all lives in.

Those are not three businesses. They are one problem that most companies happen to buy from three vendors — a phone company, an IT company, and an alarm company, none of whom talk to each other, and all of whom point at the others when something breaks.

The camera on your wall has an IP address, a login, and firmware that has not been updated since it was installed. Deciding that is the alarm company's problem and not the IT company's is how it becomes nobody's problem.

N-000Managed services platform

We standardised on one platform, not six.

Our managed services run on Kaseya. Monitoring, patching, backup, documentation, user security, and the service desk are one integrated system rather than six tools bolted together.

That matters for a specific reason. Most managed providers run a different vendor for each function, and the gaps between those tools are where things get missed — the machine that was never enrolled, the backup nobody was alerted about, the leaver whose access was revoked in one system and not another.

One record of your environment

Every device, licence, warranty, and configuration documented in one system rather than scattered across notebooks and inboxes. When you ask what you have, there is an answer.

One consistent posture

The same patching schedule, the same backup verification, and the same security baseline across every site. Consistency is what stops one forgotten machine becoming the way in.

Tickets that do not fall down gaps

Monitoring, alerting, and the service desk are the same system. An alert becomes a ticket automatically instead of depending on somebody noticing an email.

Reporting you can hand over

Patch compliance, backup success, and security training results, exportable. Insurers and auditors increasingly ask for evidence rather than assurances.

Kaseya, IT Complete, and KaseyaOne are trademarks of Kaseya Limited. Cismycro is an independent provider delivering services built on the platform.

G-001Coverage

We work where the buildings are old and the deadlines are not.

Pre-war risers, landmarked façades, co-op boards, and freight elevator windows that close at four. Working in New York is a different job than working anywhere else, and it is the only job we do.

T-900Next step

Every job starts with someone walking the building.

A site survey costs you nothing and produces a real drawing — device counts, cable paths, and a fixed number. Not a brochure.
