This policy covers the website at cismycro.com. It does not cover information collected in the course of providing installation or monitoring services under a separate contract, which is governed by that agreement.

What this site collects

This website has no accounts, no logins, and no cookies set by us. We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share information with third parties for marketing.

The only information you give us through this site is what you type into the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Your company name, if you choose to provide it
• The message you write

That information is sent to us by email so we can reply. It is not stored in a database on this website, because this website does not have one.

Server logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, requested pages, and timestamps. These are used to operate and secure the site — for example, to rate-limit the contact form against automated abuse — and are not used to build profiles of visitors.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry, and are subject to our normal business retention practices. Server logs are rotated on a routine schedule.

Who else sees it

Contact form messages are delivered through Microsoft 365, which hosts our email. Our website is hosted on infrastructure we control. We do not pass your enquiry to any other party.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@cismycro.com or call 718 874 9520.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. The contact form validates and rate-limits submissions, and enquiry data is not stored on the web server. We do not ask for payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information through this website, and you should never send them to us by email.

Camera and security systems

If we install cameras, access control, or alarm systems at your property, you are the owner and controller of the footage and access records those systems produce. We do not access them except where a service or monitoring agreement provides for it, and where it does, that agreement sets out the terms.

Changes

If we add anything to this site that collects information — analytics, a chat widget, embedded video — we will update this page at the same time.
